What time will the conference begin on Sunday, October 20th?

Registration will begin around noon with the first session starting around 2pm.


What time will the conference end on Tuesday, October 22nd?

We will wrap up in the afternoon.


What is the cost of the conference?

Conference fees range between 1500.00 and 2000.00 depending on the year of your Franchise Agreement.  Please refer to Section 7.13 of your Franchise Agreement and Item 6 of your Franchise Disclosure Document.  If you attend the conference, you will receive 500.00 in royalty rebates after the conference.


What does the cost cover?

The cost above will cover Conference attendance and most meals for up to two people and one hotel room for Sunday and Monday night.  Transportation will not be included.


What if I want additional hotel rooms?

You can register for additional rooms and take advantage of our conference rates if available.


How do I pay for the conference?

In order to make it easier to budget for the conference, we have elected to break the conference fee into 3 ACH payments.  June 15, July 15, and August 15 will be the days your account will be charged.  You will receive individual details on this via email the first week in June.

How much is room tax?

Room and tax for one room per franchise for up to 3 nights is included with your Summit Conference admission.

Downtown Parking

There will be no need for a car while at the conference.  The conference does not provide validation or vouchers for parking. Parking rates at the Brown Palace are 50.00 per day so you may not want to rent a car.

All nearby lots are private, require payment, and have their own guidelines. If you park somewhere other than the hotel, make sure that you carefully review this information at the lot’s pay station.

What if I can’t make it?

We will miss you.  You will still be charged the conference fee and will not receive the royalty rebate after the conference.  Due to the advance commitments required for a conference, there will be no refunds for the conference fee.


How many people can I bring to the conference?

Up to 2 guests (one hotel is furnished).  If you would like to bring spouses, partners, additional managers or just random people who enjoy conferences, the fee will be 1,000.00 per person and you would be responsible for their accommodations.


What if I want to stay extra days?

We have negotiated a great rate for the weekend before and a few days after the conference.  Our conference coordinator will be available to assist you in any arrangements you may need.


I won’t be open yet, will I still benefit by attending?

Yes, there will be multiple breakout sessions geared toward franchisees that have not opened yet.


Will this conference be lame?

No, it will not be lame.

What to wear?

October is sometimes tricky in Denver.  It could be 70 degrees, it could be snowing. Please watch the weather forecast and plan accordingly.  It is always smart to bring layers as conference rooms tend to get cold.
